Terms & Conditions

The essentials that govern your booking and use of our services.

1. Bookings & payments

A 25% advance confirms your trip; the remaining balance is due 21 days before departure unless stated otherwise in your quote. Prices are per person and subject to availability until confirmed.

All quotes are tailor-made and valid for the period stated. Currency fluctuations, fare changes or supplier price revisions before confirmation may affect the final price.

2. Cancellations & refunds

Free changes are available up to 30 days before departure. Cancellations are tiered: 30+ days before departure 90% refund, 15–29 days 50%, and under 15 days non-refundable.

Some third-party services (flights, special events, peak-season stays) may carry their own non-refundable terms, which we'll always flag in your booking voucher.

3. Travel documents & insurance

You are responsible for holding valid passports, visas and any required vaccinations. We provide guidance and assistance but cannot be held liable for denied entry.

Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended for every traveller and is a condition of some itineraries.

4. Changes to itineraries

Occasionally, circumstances beyond our control — weather, wildlife movements, supplier changes or force majeure — require itinerary adjustments. We'll always seek comparable or better alternatives at no loss of value where possible.

5. Liability

RoamEra Tribe acts as an agent for the suppliers who provide your travel services. While we vet our partners carefully, we are not liable for their acts or omissions beyond our reasonable control.
